Shipping Policy

At Black Hole Gifts, we strive to provide our customers with timely and efficient shipping services. We offer both domestic and international shipping options for our clothing and made-to-order products. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the shipping procedures and expected delivery times for your order.

Domestic Shipping

For clothing and made-to-order products, we require 2-3 business days for fulfillment and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery, unless specified otherwise on the product page. Some products may require a longer processing time, and in such cases, we will notify you via email. Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive a separate shipment notification for each item.

International Shipping

For our international clients, we require 2-3 business days for fulfillment and 7-15 business days for delivery. However, we also offer express international shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that any taxes and duties required by the carrier service on entrance to the customer's country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately and may take up to 24-48 hours to update.

Delivery Delays

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the expected delivery times. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and carrier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and will work with the carrier to resolve any issues that may arise.
